Shri Siddhi Vinayak College, Gwalior

Shri Siddhi Vinayak College was found in 2005 as an affiliated college situated in Gwalior, Madhya Pradesh, India. Established at 427, C. P. Colony, Morar, this institute aims at preparing professional teachers of tomorrow. Established by the National Council for Teacher Education (NCTE), the college provides two professional programmes in education.

Currently, Shri Siddhi Vinayak College has 16 experienced and committed faculty members, who are working continually to prepare young teachers to meet the needs of modern society. Shri Siddhi Vinayak College has on offer variety of facilities that would enable improvement of learning environment for the learners.

Part of academic resources that cannot be ignored is a library is a facility that stores most of the educational needs of a student. To support its education programmes, the college offers departmental-based laboratories where learners can apply their theoretical knowledge practically.

As for the health, while crossing to the issue of students’ physical activity, it is necessary to clarify that every child has an access to sports facilities at school. The college also has an auditorium which can be used as a conference hall, for exhibitions, discourses and cooperative learning environment.

Education is specialised field and keeping this thought in mind Shri Siddhi Vinayak College provides two full time courses both are designed for those who have dream of becoming teacher . It provides- B. Ed and D. EL. Ed . In addition, these programmes create a total of 150 seats, which will give all entrants into education enough options to pursue their passion. Ed 50 Shri Siddhi Vinayak College being an educational institution follows a principle of fairness as well as completeness or objectivity in admitting students into the College. For the B. ED programme, Admissions are meritorious basis on the marks secured in the qualifying examination/or entrance test.

The college also adheres to any other selection criteria that may prevail with the state government, Union Territory administration, and the affiliated university. In the similar manner need based Intake policies the candidates are selected for the D. El. Ed programme merit basis with the marks obtained for the qualifying examination and/or entrance test as per the policies of the state government/UT administration.
