1. Who Knwdle Is For
Knwdle is an education-focused collaboration and content platform designed for:
- Schools, colleges, and coaching institutions
- Administrators, teachers, and staff
- Students and parents with institution-provided access
Accounts and access are typically created or managed by an organisation. Individual users may be invited by their institution.
2. Acceptance & Eligibility
By using Knwdle, you confirm that:
- You are authorised by your institution to use the platform
- You will use Knwdle only for lawful educational purposes
- You will comply with all applicable local laws and regulations
3. Account Responsibility
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
You agree not to:
- Share login credentials with unauthorised users
- Attempt to access data outside your permitted role or audience
- Impersonate another user or institution
4. Use of the Service
Knwdle provides tools for managing notes, content, communication, and collaboration within defined audiences.
You agree not to:
- Upload unlawful, harmful, or abusive content
- Use Knwdle for non-educational or commercial spam purposes
- Attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the platform
- Bypass security or permission controls
5. Content & Data
All content created or uploaded by users (including notes, files, attachments, and whiteboards) remains the property of the organisation or user that created it.
Knwdle does not claim ownership of your content. You grant Knwdle a limited right to store, process, and display content solely to operate the service.
6. Permissions & Visibility
Knwdle uses role-based and audience-based permissions. Access to content depends on:
- Your assigned role
- Your membership in an audience or group
- Institution-level settings
You agree not to attempt to access content you are not authorised to view or modify.
7. Beta Service Disclaimer
Knwdle may be offered as a beta or early-access service.
This means:
- Features may change, evolve, or be removed
- Occasional bugs, downtime, or data issues may occur
- The platform is provided on an “as-is” basis
8. Availability & Changes
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of Knwdle at any time, with or without notice.
We are not liable for loss caused by feature changes, downtime, or service interruption.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated or if use poses a security or legal risk.
Organisations may request deletion of their data upon discontinuation of use, subject to reasonable processing time.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Knwdle shall not be liable for:
- Loss of data or content
- Indirect or consequential damages
- Loss of business, revenue, or opportunity
Use of Knwdle is at your own risk, especially during beta operation.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Knwdle harmless from claims arising from:
- Your misuse of the platform
- Violation of these Terms
- Content you upload or share

These Terms are intended to be interpreted in a fair and reasonable manner, aligned with the purpose of providing an educational platform.
