Bharata Mata College (BMC) located at Thrikkakara in Kochi, Kerala, is among the prominent institutions of higher education. While most of the admissions in the college are run through the Centralised Allotment Process (CAP) governed by the affiliated university, its admission at the end of every May-June is prescribed for the academic year commencing in August-September. Generally, all UGC-approved undergraduate programmes of the college allow admission through UGCAP, while postgraduate programmes are admitted through PGCAP.
