Gokula Krishna College of Pharmacy is located at Sullurpet, with an elaborate admission procedure for pharmacy courses. The college is approved by the Pharmacy Council of India and practices a merit-based admission procedure for both graduate and postgraduate programmes. The admission cycle usually follows the academic calendar, which starts approximately in August or September.

There are two-tier admission processes for B. Pharma admissions. For 70 percent of the seats, admission is carried out through government counseling based on the scores of AP EAMCET (Andhra Pradesh Engineering, Agriculture, and Medical Common Entrance Test). The rest are under the management quota.
