Sinhgad College of Architecture, as of now, offers several programmes that it conducts with various specialisations. The rigorous process of admitting the most talented candidates for these architectural programmes goes hand in hand with the procedures. There may not be a homogeneous Sinhgad College of Architecture admission process adopted by SCOA for all programmes.

Undergraduate admissions are undertaken based on primarily scores obtained in a national-level entrance examination. For postgraduate courses, for instance, M. Arch in Architectural Conservation and M. Arch in Computer Application, applicants need to hold a bachelor's degree in architecture with an aggregate of 50% marks and 45% for backward class categories and persons with disabilities from Maharashtra.
