This is actually a teacher-training college located in Kunichi Village, Tirupattur, of Tamil Nadu that was founded in 2007. This is a co-educational college for both sexes and it occupies 6 and half acre land of the Institution that prepares future educators.

The admission policy at Amrita College of Education utilises the merit system as per rules and regulation of the state government/UT and the affiliated university norms.
