Apeejay Institute of Technology-School of Management, Greater Noida, was established in the year 1997 as a totally independent school for management education. The institute is located in Greater Noida, an educational hub in the state of Uttar Pradesh. The campus homes the Post Graduate Diploma in Management programme in an environment conducive to learning and professional growth.

The duration of the programme is undertaken in such a manner that it readies the students for the active changing world in the field of business management. Admission is generalised in the Apeejay Institute of Technology-School of Management. Admission is granted, considering the scores achieved by the aspiring student in their respective national level entrance examinations which are a CAT, XAT, MAT, ATMA, CMAT UPCET, etc. Scores obtained in these exams, clubbed with the previous records from academic pursuits, are thence used to shortlist candidates.
These shortlisted candidates are invited to the campus for group discussions and personal interviews. The final selection is based on the weighted average of the candidate's academic performance, entrance examination score, and performance in the interview process.
