Arihant Evening College, VV Puram

Arihant Evening College is the evening branch of Arihant College of Management Studies, which was started in VV Puram in Bengaluru, Karnataka, in the year 2019. This co-educational affiliated college is located in Basavanagud, Bangalore. As a relatively young college, it is boasting its role in promoting commerce education to the outside world.

It has a compact staff body of three members to teach students, and at the moment, the college only offers the B. Com programme to students who may not have the time to learn during the day due to their job or responsibilities. There are several amenities in the college with intentions of improving the learning process of the college’s learners.

This library as knowledge centre avails both print and electronic sources, though it subscribes to several databases with academic and relevant business contents. Arihant Evening College has one of the best IT facilities within the country; it has efficient high speed servers for the internet and computers with internet access to cater to the needs of the students in terms of their academic work and research.

Large hall for lectures and conference facilities fully accorded with modern furniture, and teaching aid facilities with audio visual aids improve learning and group discussions. In addition to these, it is equipped with an auditorium for power point presentations, seminars, etc.

At present, Arihant Evening College is preparing and conducting only one full time course named Bachelor of Commerce ( B. Com ). It is a three years undergraduate course of study whose primary purpose is to develop commerce and business informed students.

The admission process of Arihant Evening College has been structured to be easy so that more students working or unable to attend regular day college get to attend this college. It is an evening college, thereby able to accommodate the working students into the college level education and making it possible for a majority of the students to achieve their dreams of higher education.
