Om Vidyalankar Shikshan Sanstha's Asmita College of Law is one of the most prominent legal education institutes in Vikhroli, Mumbai, Maharashtra; it was established in 2009. This institution is a constituent college of the University of Mumbai and has been recognised by the Bar Council of India (BCI). This college offers two professional programmes in law. The college is affiliated with Mumbai University .

It has a total student enrolment of 517 and a faculty strength of 21. The library is well-equipped and serves as a rich source of legal research and study. Asmita College of Law offers two full-time law courses and demonstrates its commitment to the delivery of holistic legal education.

The 3-year LLB course as well as the 5-year integrated BA LLB have approved intake for 120 students and a total of 240 seats between both courses. Both courses are aimed at providing students with a good basis of legislation in the understanding and use of theory and practice as aspects that will lead students successfully towards all aspects of legal practice.
