Baba Dharmdev Balika Mahavidyalaya was founded in 2015 in Kaithwaliya, Mahpur, Ghazipur, Uttar Pradesh. This institute has a total of 283 students and provides two degree programmes. The college is recognised by the National Council for Teacher Education (NCTE) to maintain quality of education in the faculty of teacher education.

The total faculty strength of the institute is 8 members and because of this student teacher ratio the institute offers better training to the students. The college is aimed at delivering comprehensive learning needs of its students. Baba Dharmdev Balika Mahavidyalaya has a well equipped library and reading room where students can find most of academic materials needed.

In practical subjects, the institute facilitates laboratory facilities that rich the experience of the students through practical sessions.
