Bharath Polytechnic College, Thiruvanchery

In Chennai, Tamil Nadu, the Bharath Polytechnic College was founded in 1995 and remains a private, independent college in Thiruvanchery. This AICTE-recognised institution aims at providing diploma courses in different fields of engineering. Located in a large area of about 11. 34 acres, the college has an overall strength of 931 students and 81 faculty members.

Being a Technical college, Bharath Polytechnic College offers six full-fledged diploma courses with proper and necessary training and knowledge in Civil , Mechanical, Electrical and Electronics, Electronics & Telecommunication , Computer and Automobile Engineering streams. Our goal for the higher learning institution is to offer an effective environment to facilitate learning through modern facilities in the college.

This has been made possible by availing well-equipped laboratories through which students can practise in their areas of specialisation. The library, being an important part of the academic centre, is committed to NLIST membership and was accessing e-resources, offering the facility of catalogue search, a question bank, etc.

For the benefit and comfort of the students, the Bharath Polytechnic College Thiruvanchery has been designed with a food court that provides hygienically prepared and healthy meals. There is also a comfortable fully Air conditioned seminar hall for organisational seminars and academic events, workshops and conferences, among others.

Sports lovers can also find features in both indoor and outdoor games, such as gyms, thus enabling a balance between the physical aspect of learning and physical strength. Bharath Polytechnic College provides six diploma courses , and all the courses are day courses. The institute is allowed to admit 600 students collectively through all courses offered in the Bharath Polytechnic College Thiruvanchery.

These are three-year diploma courses which aim at providing students with the right knowledge and skills in their respective fields of undertaking. From a perspective and curriculum standpoint, the college mainly emphasises technical education, which is proven by the fact that these courses offered by the college are in touch with different branches of engineering based on industry requirements.

As part of the student-friendly admission process, admissions to Bharath Polytechnic College are easy for the aspiring students. In this college, both boys' and girls' hostels are available for the accommodation of those students who are out of station and in need of shelter.
