Dharmsinh Desai University, Faculty of Dental Science, Nadiad-a-time-honored college founded in 2003-consists of the tradition of study in dental sciences in Gujarat, India, a prestigious dental institution. It is a constituent college of Dharmsinh Desai University, an institution that provides an approved dental education by the Dental Council of India (DCI).

Today, the faculty consists of a total number of 64 dedicated educators. With a multi-faceted course curriculum ranging from the BDS to specific MDS specializations, the institute provides a complete undergraduate and postgraduate platform for enriching learning experiences and guidance in comprehensive dentistry.

The Faculty of Dental Science is committed to providing advanced infrastructural facilities for enhancing the students' learning experience. Besides, there are advanced laboratories in the college, such as clinical laboratories for postgraduates and undergraduates, dry and wet labs for research projects among postgraduates, and dedicated plaster lab for undergraduates' practical works, among other advanced facilities.

The programs include the BDS and six specializations for the MDS course, each of which lasts for three years as a full-time study. The MDS specializations offered include Conservative and Endodontics, Oral Pathology and Microbiology, Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery, Orthodontics and Dentofacial Orthopaedics, Periodontology, and Prosthodontics and Crown and Bridge.

Each MDS program is approved with 3 seats ensuring personal attention and quality education while being provided to the students. The admission procedure in Dharmsinh Desai University, Faculty of Dental Science is merit-based as well as standardized. MDS program admissions take place through the National Eligibility Cum Entrance Test for MDS (NEET-MDS).
