Gangaputra Ayurvedic Medical College, Kandela

Gangaputra Ayurvedic Medical College, Kandela, was established in 2015 and is affiliated with a college located in Jind, Haryana. This 10-acre co-educational campus is in pursuance of quality education in the said medicine. The institution is approved by the CCIM, New Delhi, and the course offered under the college is BAMS—the Bachelor's degree in Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery.

Even though the total enrolment of students at the institution is 117, there are 42 faculty members, which allows for a very good positive student-to-teacher ratio for better attention and quality education. The auditorium holds events and seminars that help to enrich college life. The college, an affiliated College of Pandit Bhagwat Dayal Sharma University of Health Sciences, Rohtak , runs only one full-time course: BAMS or Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery.

This course, as an undergraduate program, runs for six years and comprises theoretical and practical acquaintance with the basics and principles of Ayurveda.
