Gargi Shikshak Prashikshan Mahavidyalaya is one of the talented institutions at Alwar city of Rajasthan state, currently catering the necessary educational needs in future. Gargi Shikshak Prashikshan Mahavidyalaya delivers only one major course at this moment – the Bachelor of Education (B. Ed). This is an undergraduate two year full time course, towards which students are equipped for a successful teaching profession. The intake of the programme has been approved for 100 seats, which offers broad based training in educational theory as well as practice.

The total student enrolment for this college restricts to 181 and the proportionate enrolment is also same, which shows that this college is preferred among those who intended to become teachers. At Gargi Shikshak Prashikshan Mahavidyalaya B. ED programme admission are done through centralised admission for which Matsya University Alwar is responsible.

This process rotates itself on a regular basis for government universities of Haryana to make it more fair and transparent in terms of admission process.
