Geeta College of Education, Butana, was established in the year 2007 as an affiliated college located in Sonepat, Haryana. The campus sprawls over 5. 4 acres and imparts co-education with the esteemed goal of shaping future teachers. It is approved by the NCTE, New Delhi, and offers a course in B. Ed. in teacher training.

The college provides a focused learning environment for the aspiring teacher with an enrolment of 193 students in all and a faculty strength of 14. The institution has a whole range of facilities, all of which enhance the educational experience of the students. It has an open shelf system, and hence the staff and students can access the resources easily.
