Global Institute of Sports Business (GISB), Mumbai, was founded in the year of 2018 as a sports management specialised institution. Located in the centre of Mumbai, GISB provides the type of education enthusiasts interested in the business end of sports would enjoy. The institute has a small area of 4 acres as lay out which is highly ideal to facilitate the students in close and efficient manner.

As the faculty of the school comprises of forty experienced professional with diverse industry exposure GISB has been able to provide quality education with individual attention to the students. GISB offers a specific hostel for boys and girls so that students who live far from the institute can be comfortably accommodated.

A rich library duly equipped establishes itself as a reservoir of knowledge for acquisition of related literature and requisite for the completion of the programme in sports management. There are also the campus sports facilities meaning that students can undergo practical exercises that are part of curriculum vitae in sports.

As for lunch and communication with people, there is a cafeteria in the territory of the educational institution. GISB also has a provision of auditorium for other events seminer, guest lectures, and interactions with industries take place.

The full-time one year flagship programme of the institute is the Postgraduate Program in Sports Management .

This programme is intended to prepare students to be agents of change in the rapidly evolving society particularly in the subsector of business in sports. The intake approval was granted at 35 students to allow for a conducive environment by maintaining an appropriate student to faculty ratio thus allowing for individualised education and one on one instructor interaction.
