The Government Ayurveda College and Hospital, Varanasi was instituted in the year 1965. This is a premier institution that caters to the field of Ayurveda and health care. The Government Ayurveda College and Hospital located at the city of Varanasi, the state of Uttar Pradesh is a co-educational institution. It imparts different courses in Ayurvedic medicine at undergraduate and postgraduate levels.

Since it is an affiliated college, it has a faculty strength of 21 persons who have gained immense experience in their respective fields.
