Hope Institute of Bengal is a co-educational affiliated college providing Teacher Education through its B. Ed and D. El. Ed Section, Howrah, which offers two full-time programmes: Bachelor of Education (B. Ed) and Diploma in Elementary Education (D. El. Ed). Hope Institute of Bengal admissions were, as every year, being opened in the very beginning of the financial admissions process for the fall semester.

However, in principle, eligibility for Hope Institute of Bengal is determined by the state government/university policy on how much or limited will perform for the admission process for the coming year. For Hope Institute of Bengal admissions into B. Ed and D. El. Ed programmes, candidates must have passed the qualifying examinations of the approved board or university.
