The Jiaganj College of Engineering and Technology (JCET), is the further most established college in Murshidabad, West Bengal. The college has several diploma courses under several branches of engineering. Jiaganj College of Engineering and Technology admissions take place through an admission process. JCET is an institute that is an AICTE approved institute. It also has very good facilities for students.
Most of JCET's admissions are done through entrance. That is, the entrance exam for entering into diploma courses of JCET is Joint Entrance Examination for Polytechnics (JEXPO), which is conducted by the Polytechnics West Bengal. Normally the session will commence between August and September, while JCET admissions will start some months earlier.
