Raichur Institute of Medical Sciences admission includes courses at the undergraduate and postgraduate levels. MBBS is the only course available at the UG level. However, MS in Orthopaedics and Anatomy, MDs in General Medicine, Pathology, Microbiology, Anatomy, Biochemistry, Paediatrics, and the like are offered as part of the RIMS PG courses.
Appearing and passing the NEET (for undergraduate courses) and NEET PG (for postgraduate courses) is a must, and without that, candidates can not gain admission to this college. In MBBS, 85% of RIMS seats are reserved under state quota, whereas 50% of seats are reserved in the case of PG courses. Candidates are advised to meet the required RIMS eligibility criteria first and then begin with the application.
