RIMS Raichur

Raichur Institute of Medical Sciences is an autonomous institution that is NMC(National Medical Commission) approved and was established by the Government of Karnataka in 2007. RIMS Raichur is affiliated with Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences, Bangalore . The courses at RIMS Raichur are offered at undergraduate and postgraduate courses in stream of Medical and Allied Sciences.

RIMS courses include MBBS Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery) at the undergraduate level and MD(Doctor of Medicine), and MS(Master of Surgery) at the postgraduate level. The RIMS admission procedure includes appearing and passing an entrance examination followed by seat allocation through online counselling.

NEET for undergraduate-level and NEET PG for postgraduate-level courses are the required RIMS entrance examinations for admission. The college provides a total of 150 seats for MBBS.
