Sunbeam College for Women in Varanasi is among India's founders in women's empowerment and quality education. With issues of affiliation under a university and accreditation by NAAC, the college is highly selective about admissions in its extensive array of undergrad and postgrad programmes, considering merit as the sole criteria.

At Sunbeam College for Women, the Sunbeam College for Women admission procedure has been made as fair and open as possible. It rests only on merit supported by the qualifying examination conducted by the state. This gives opportunities to all those deserving candidates to pursue their higher education at this college of repute.
