School Student ID Card at true CR80 size

Built for the physical card, not only the browser preview

This generator prints at the ISO/IEC 7810 ID-1 card size, also called CR80: 3.375 × 2.125 inches (85.6 × 54 mm). That is the size used by PVC card printers, lanyard cardholders, and standard ID-card pouches, so the Save-as-PDF output is meant for real production instead of being a scaled screenshot.

A school ID card is used at the gate, transport desk, library, classroom, and during excursions; class/section and admission number matter more than decorative content. The form keeps the required details visible on the face of the card and leaves optional emergency or validity details off when they are not supplied.

What must be checked before printing

For school students, the minimum useful card has the school name, student name, class/section, admission or roll number, photo, and current academic session. Check spelling against the admission register, employee record, visitor register, or exam list before printing because card errors usually become operational problems at the gate, classroom, library, or examination room.

For durable cards, export from the print dialog as PDF and print on PVC through a card printer. For small batches, print on thick photo paper, cut to the card boundary, and laminate. The sizing remains the same in both workflows.

Format source

Uses the ISO/IEC 7810 ID-1 (CR80) card size used by PVC ID cards and school cardholders; content follows standard Indian school ID-card fields: photo, class/section, admission or roll number, blood group, guardian contact, and validity session.

Frequently asked questions

What size does the school student ID card print at?

True CR80 / ISO 7810 ID-1: 3.375 × 2.125 inches (85.6 × 54 mm), the standard size for school PVC cards and cardholders.

What details should a school student ID card include?

School name, student photo and name, class/section, admission or roll number, guardian contact, blood group if the school records it, validity session, and the principal or authorised signatory line.

Should I use admission number or roll number?

Admission number is usually more stable across years; roll numbers can change by class or exam. If space allows, use admission number as the main ID and keep roll number in the school ERP or class list.

Can this be printed on PVC?

Yes. Save the print output as PDF and send it to a PVC card printer or print shop without changing scale because the page is already card-sized.
