Al Rashid College of Education, Purba Bardhaman

Established in 2015, Al Rashid College of Education is located in Purba Bardhaman, West Bengal. This co-educational institution is an affiliated college duly approved by the National Council for Teacher Education. The lush green campus of 1. 36 acres encompasses under its stronghold three specializations in education with a total enrolment of 420 students.

With a strength of 16, it maintains a very healthy student-to-teacher ratio. Al Rashid College of Education works towards the enrichment of future educators with its focused teacher training curriculum through integrated and standalone B. Ed. Courses. The college is affiliated with the University of Burdwan (Burdwan University), West Bengal.

The admission is made according to the policies prescribed by the state government of West Bengal, as well as those prescribed by the affiliating university. Admission for the B. Ed.

The programme of this college will be made based on the performance of the candidates at the qualifying examination, and if necessary, an entrance test. The BA, B. Ed. and B. Sc. B. Ed.
