ANSS Homoeo Medical College, Kottayam, started in 1958, is one of the premier homeopathic medical colleges in Kerala. Affiliated to the Kerala University of Health Sciences and recognised by the Central Council of Homeopathy (CCH) Sachivothamapuram, it has a campus area of 6. 1 acres and a total capacity of 246 and a faculty strength of 36.
ANSS Homoeo Medical College has a limited number of programmes that it offers to the students with a single intention of providing homeopathy education to the students and it provides only one course which is Bachelor of Homeopathic Medicine and Surgery (BHMS). Whenever it comes to student learning, ANSS Homoeo Medical College is determined to make sure that the students obtain a balanced learning experience.
The college includes a variety of facilities to meet both academic and other educational needs. A highly-valued material centre for learning, the library is dominantly endowed with 2740 books in addition to a book bank facility offering 1313 more books. The departmental libraries also improve this learning process with 580 special subject texts available. The college has a modern stamp of departmental laboratories.

The flagship programme of ANSS Homoeo Medical College is BHMS course which is a full time course offered for six years. This college takes 63 students enrolment annually for this course to embrace and maintain a small class size.
Since the homeopathic system of medicine is one single course, the institutional resources and proficiency can be focused on the training of highly professional homeopathic practitioners. Deemed education students can get admission to ANSS Homoeo Medical College through a valid score in the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test ( NEET UG ).
