Arts and Commerce College, Bhisi, was started in 1997, and it is an affiliated college in Chimur, Dist. Washim, Maharashtra. The institute currently has campus facilities of 3 acres, and it provides only a graduate programme known as the Bachelor of Arts (BA).

The college offers education in arts and commerce disciplines, with a total enrolment of 183 students, and a faculty of 6 members support the institution and thus allows for a personalised approach to learning.
