Bethany Christian Institute is an affiliated college which was started in the year 1993 in Churachandpur, Manipur. This is one of the best institutes recognised by the National Council for Teacher Education (NCTE) and provides quality education along with a healthy atmosphere. Being situated in a campus area of 8. 75 acres, the institute has its roll of 746 students and a team of 14 professional faculty members.

Bethany Christian Institute offers teacher education, particularly the B. Ed programme , with an approved annual student admission of one hundred. Bethany Christian Institute, Manipur, is affiliated with Manipur University and recognised by the Eastern Regional Committee of the National Council for Teacher Education (NCTE).

The intake is approved for 100 students, and this programme provides a broad course content that covers theories as well as best practices for teaching.

In its admission, this institute only selects students based on a merit system. The students are admitted based on the performance of the qualifying examination and/or entrance examination. The institute also considers any other screening method as allowed by the state government policies, the Union Ter­ritory administration, and the affiliated University.
