Bharat Law College, Jaipur

Bharat Law College which was started in the year 2003 is an affiliated college of Maharishi Dayanand University ROHTAK State –RAJASTHAN. Located at 44 – 46, L. S. Nagar, Naya Khera, Vidhyadhar Nagar it has mandate to deliver legal education. The college, which is situated in a small area of 0. 5165 acres, is recognized by the Bar Council of India (BCI) to maintain an entire set standard of legal education.

Situated in Udaipur, Rajasthan Bharat Law College has a total student strength of 584 and 18 teaching faculties, thus keeping the student teacher ratio low. The college currently has only one degree course, the LLB and with an approved enrolment of 300 students, shows a clear indication of the college’s focus on legal education.

Bharat Law College has facilities meant to complement learning activities of these students in their day to day studying. It stands as the core of the institution with substantial stock of text books, periodicals, journals and major national law magazines among others. It is almost entirely automatic and the computers have been provided for students to get virtual sources from the library.

The college provide IT facilities for users with a well equipped computer laboratory and Internet facilities free of charge during the teaching periods. This source is highly beneficial for students and faculty to acquire current and international legal data. College offers a Moot Court to the intending lawyers; this helps to give a touch to practical exposure to the procedures of court and arguing the case.

The college also has different hostels for boys and girls where they are offered neater, healthier accommodation and well balanced diets, spacious and airy rooms to enable them to study comfortably. Bharat Law College only provides legal education, and also provides a full time LLB course.

This is an undergraduate course that takes three years, and has an approved student capacity of 300 students, and is the flagship programme of the College. The LLB course helps the students to understand as to what extent they would be able to cope up with the approaching legal world through different aspects of law.

In the present time, the college has a single degree programme, meaning that the college can effectively concentrate and provide comprehensive education in law. The admission procedure of the Bharat Law College aims at enlisting students with the potential and commitment at the college’s LLB course.
