Bharathi Degree College was started in 1970 at Mandya in Karnataka. Located in the centre of Mandya, this affiliated college is nurturing talents for longer than five and half decades. The institution occupies a vast piece of land of seventeen acre, which offer the environment suitable for learning and development. The college offers an active enrolment of 2,034 students and a working faculty strength of 100 members.

It has 12 courses spread over 7 degree programmes. The college reflects its general goal by providing programmes in Arts, Sciences, and Commerce at the undergraduate and postgraduate levels.
