Bibhuti Bhusan Government Primary Teachers Training Institute, situated in North 24 Parganas, West Bengal, is an independent institution having objectives of teacher education. This was founded as a co-educational institution and has been cultivating the role of future educators for more than 30 years.

Bibhuti Bhusan Government Primary Teachers Training Institute’s being a dedicated teacher learning institution affords a specialised course in education of primary school teachers. The first and primary programme of the institute is the recognised Diploma in Elementary Education D. El. Ed a two-year full-fledged course.

This programme was approved for a maximum capacity of 40 students to show that Sri Bombay demonstrates quality education through limiting the number of students that will flood the classroom.
