Biju Pattnaik College of Hotel Management & Tourism: Social Work Bomikhal Bhubaneswar was established in 2003, is one of the premier institutions in Odisha. This co-educational college is spread over 3 acres of land and provides courses in hospitality, tourism, social work, and mass communication. The college itself is essentially small with a total of 297 students enroled and 7 members of the faculty.

The Kenyan institution has 4 degree programmes; undergraduate and post graduate programmes which covers different fields of specialisation in hotel management, social work and journalism.
