Blooms College of Education, an affiliated college, was established in the year 2003 and is located at Mandi in Himachal Pradesh, India. The institute is approved by the National Council for Teacher Education (NCTE) and offers two full-time educational programmes. The two programmes are full-time and take two years to complete. The required approved intake for these courses is two hundred students per year, half of which is for each programme.

Ed programme is organised by the Himachal Pradesh Board of School Education, Dharamshala, through CET followed by the counselling process.
