Situated in Rohtak, Haryana, CH Katar Singh Memorial College of Education was established in 2007. The affiliation of this institute was under the aegis of NCTE, to promote specialised educational courses. With a total enrolment of 98 students and a faculty of 9, a high level of focus is placed on nurturing future educators.

The courses provided in the institute are on a full-time basis, Bachelor of Education and Diploma in Elementary Education.
