Chaudhary Shiv Kumar Singh Smarak Mahavidyalaya was established in 2009 and is an affiliated college set up in Fatehpur of Uttar Pradesh. This is a co-educational institution of learning and is recognised by the National Council for Teacher Education. The college offers two full-time courses. They have a B. Ed. -affiliated programme and a D. El. Ed. -affiliated programme, with a total intake of 607 students.

Chaudhary Shiv Kumar Singh Smarak Mahavidyalaya is affiliated with Prof. Rajendra Singh University, Prayagraj . Chaudhary Shiv Kumar Singh Smarak Mahavidyalaya is well endowed with basic infrastructural amenities that meet the psycho-social needs of the learners. Any sports enthusiasts will benefit from the college, as it has deemed it fit to provide sports facilities for the students.

For those who must obtain information outside the classroom, a good reading room is provided as a resource centre with almost all the necessary information required by the student. At present, Chaudhary Shiv Kumar Singh Smarak Mahavidyalaya provides two programmes under the stream of education. The B. Ed (Bachelor of Education ) programme has a full admission capacity of one hundred students, while the D. El.

Ed ( Diploma in Elementary Education ) programme has the full capacity to admit fifty students only. They are both regular degree courses that take two years to complete and are intended to equip the students with appropriate teaching skills.
