College of Social Work was established in 1995; it is an affiliated college located at Kamptee, Maharashtra. This college is recognised by the National Assessment and Accreditation Council and provides excellent education in social work. The compact campus spreads over 3 acres and has two specialised degree programmes- BSW and MSW.

The college makes sure the student and faculty members become close friends with 206 students and 15 faculty strength in an intimate learning environment. There are a number of facilities which aim to support the learning and development of the students. The heart of these ranges is a well equipped library offering books, journals and periodicals on any specific subject.

The libraries also provide comfortable reading spaces and access to newspapers in Hindi, Marathi, and English languages. Here, there are two courses that are offered full-time, namely, a three-year course in Bachelor of Social Work (BSW) and a two-year course in Master of Social Work (MSW). The intention behind these two courses is to equip the students with an adequate basis in social work principles and practices in order to prepare them for many careers available within various sectors of social services.
