DR Women College of Education, Hanumangarh

DR Women College of Education Sangaria an all women college affiliated to Maharshi Dayanand University Rohtak established in 2007 situated in Hanumangarh Rajasthan. Tucked in a small plot of 0. 25 acres, it is a teacher education institution that only provides one programme for its students Bachelors of Education (B. Ed).

With the total student enrolment of 187 and total faculty/faculty strength of 12, the college keeps itself low profiled or specialised in its functioning. The B. Ed programme is full time and takes two-years and the college offers an approved annual admission capacity of one hundred students.

Since the college is devoted to this specific programme, it equally offers adequate attention to all possible areas of the teacher education curriculum such as the theories and skills. In the admission process for the B. Ed programme the DR Women College of Education follows the P. T. E. T conducted by J. N. V. University, Jodhpur. This entrance test is the only channel for admission of candidates to B.

Ed courses in all Teacher’s Training Colleges associated with the university. Students who are interested in pursuing the course must compulsorily have to pass this test so as to be admitted into the programme.
