Front Page College of Education, Deganga, was founded in the year 2012 and is affiliated. This co-educational institution, situated at North 24 Parganas in the West Bengal district of India, has been approved by the National Council for Teacher Education (NCTE). It is spread over a sprawling 68-acre campus with two full-time courses, and an enrolment of 200 students.

It has a faculty strength of 20 to help in maintaining a very conducive student-to-teacher ratio. The students also have a fully set-up modern IT infrastructure on campus to expose themselves to state-of-the-art technology in their studies. Departmental laboratories provide hands-on learning experiences, and sports facilities ensure physical well-being and teamwork among the students.

The auditorium of the Front Page College of Education has also been maintained to hold events and seminars, which shall help in creating a lively atmosphere of academics. There is also a canteen to supply food to the students and staff, as well as a health centre with first-aid facilities to look after the students' well-being here in the college.

Ed. ; both of these are two-year programmes providing full-fledged training to the prospective teachers. Degree Name Total Number of Seats B. Ed 100 D. El. Ed 50 Deganga will be selected based on merit, marks obtained in the qualifying examination and/or Entrance Examination.

The admissions shall be made as per the rules of the State Government of West Bengal or the affiliating University. Candidates shall be selected on order of merit based on the marks secured in the qualifying examination for a B. Ed. It may be done through a programme or on the basis of a selection process as prescribed by the State Govt. and University. The admissions to the D. El.

Ed course are also made on the basis of merit in the qualifying examination or by Entrance Examination conducted in accordance with the policy of the State Government or UT Administration.
