Government Degree College Kangra a newly established affiliated college is situated in Matour, District Kangra, Himachal Pradesh started in the year 2017. The institution is a NAAC accredited higher learning institution thus emphasizing on quality education. This college currently provides intake of students with a total of 860 students and the faculty ratio of 6:1.

The institute currently provides two undergraduate programs: The normal set of courses includes the following; Bachelor of Arts (BA) and Bachelor of Commerce (B. Com) which are full-time courses that take three years to complete. The college has various infrastructures in place that will improve students’ experience as well as the learning environment.
