Government Dental College, Kannur

Pariyaram Government Dental College, Kannur started functioning in 2004 is one among the leading dental education college situated in Kerala. This affiliated college has got the approval of Dental Council of India DCI and provides comprehensive dental education on the campus spread over 8 acres of land.

Indeed, the college has 281 students on its roll and has 43 faculty members employed; thus, it has a good student-faculty ratio, thereby giving appropriate focus to each student’s educational needs. Serving as the foundation for its academic programme, Government Dental College, Kannur, provides a full-time 5 years BDS programme for dental students. This programme is aimed at ensuring that student has a mastery of important knowledge areas as well as the practical aspects of dental sciences.

Admission process of admission in Government Dental College, Kannur is mainly based on NEET score which is National Eligibility cum Entrance Test. This examination takes place at the national level and it’s the only route through which any student can be given a chance to join BDS programme.
