Government Girls College Karauli, which was established in the year 1998 is an affiliated college at Karauli Rajasthan. This institution, believed in women’s education provides a suitable platform for young women to carry out their studies at a higher level. Located adjacent to the circuit house, the college has been in existence for over two decades to provide education to the society.

The college currently has a 721 students’ enrolment and has eight faculty members a factor that ensures a sound student to teacher ratio thus making a provision for individual attention to each student on academic matters. It partners with facilities that will improve the learning environment and the growth of a student.

To the lovers of sports, the college provides different athletic amenities, maintaining fitness and spirit in the games. Government Girls College, Karauli, currently offers two undergraduate programmes : BA and B. Sc are some of the degrees offered though the general structure of Bachelor of Arts is BA .

They are both full-time programmes which take three years to complete, and are structured to give basics in their line of specialisations. The areas of concentration for the BA programme may include humanities and social science disciplines, and B. Sc contains scientific disciplines.
