Government Law College, Holenarsipur, Hassan is an affiliated college which was started in the year 2007. This BCI approved and NAAC accredited institution provides great opportunities in getting enriched legal education to the students. Located close to Chennambika Circle, the college ensures that students aspiring to be legal professionals have the right environment to learn in.

The institution has its faculty strength to 6 dedicated members out of which all are professional educators and their prime concern is to impart the best of the legal education to their students. The college also has Information Communication Technology enabled class, improving the teachers’ mode of teachings and learners’ mode of learning.

Government Law College, Holenarsipur, an affiliated College of Karnataka State Law University, Hubli , currently offers one full-time course: The next major programme organised under the series of courses includes the integrated BA LLB programme.

This programme takes five years and integrates arts into law in order to equip the students with full knowledge of legal systems and their environments. The programme has an approved capacity to accommodate 60 students only thus proving the colleges stand for quality education by ensuring students get quality education through small classes.

Due to the small number of enrollees, lecturers are able to devote a lot of time in the teaching process and it would be effective in producing competent legal professionals.
