Government Medical College, Jalna is a newly eashtablished medical institute in Maharashtra. It was inaugurated in 2024 with the aim of enhancing medical education field as well as healthcare servicesin the marathwada region. Government Medical College, Jalna is affiliated with the college Maharashtra University of Health Sciences, Nashik.

The college is affiliated with Maharashtra University of Health Sciences (MUHS), Nashik, and is recognized by the National Medical Commission (NMC). It is located on Ambad Mantha Road, opposite Sushila Devi Lawns, Jalna – 431213. GMC Jalna offers MBBS course , which spans 4. 5 years of academic study followed by a 1-year compulsory rotating internship.

The college has an intake capacity of 100 students for MBBS, and admission is based on NEET UG scores through state counseling. The college fee for the MBBS programme includes tuition fees, library fees, development fees. admission fees and a caution deposit that is approximately total of ₹1,62,100. Hostel services is available at an annual rent of around ₹4,000.
