Government Model College, Seppa

Government Model College, Seppa, or GMCS, is a higher institute situated in Wessang, Seppa, in the East Kameng district of Arunachal Pradesh, India. Functioning as a co-educational college, the institution has been in existence in the region to provide adequate education for more than ten years after being established in the year 2010.

Located on a large compound of 17 acres, GMCS provides an environment that is favourable for learning and as well as child development. The college is hosting 270 students and is staffed with thirteen dedicated teaching faculty. Government Model College, Seppa, is affiliated with Rajiv Gandhi University (RGU), Itanagar, Arunachal Pradesh.

Also, the college has also has an auditorium which is used for various activities, seminars, cultural events, among others that activate the students’ college life. The college provides seven courses , all of which come under the umbrella of the Bachelor of Arts degree. These include a general business administration programme and honours courses in Economics , English, Education , Hindi, History , and Political Science.
