Government Polytechnic College, Baran

The Govt. Polytechnic College, Baran, came into existence in the year 2010, situated in Batawdi, Tehsil Anta, District Baran, Rajasthan. This affiliated college, which got recognition from the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) India, has been training technical minds for more than 2006.

The college has 577 students in total and the faculties total 17; the college offers a wide variety of diploma courses. The institute offers five diploma programmes for which students need to complete a total of three years of full-time study in different disciplines like Agricultural Engineering, Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering.

Tanner also has gotten a number of facilities that are in a position to augment the learning process and the general development of the students. The graduation data that has been created for the latest year is still lacking, though the total enrolment in the college is 577 and this shows that the college has the right number of students pursuing engineering education.
