Government polytechnic College Chittorgarh was established in the year 1988 at Udaipur Road, Bojunda Village Chittorgarh Rajasthan. This affiliated college recognised by the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) provides diploma course in engineering disciplines. A total of 349 student intake and 23 faculties make the college learning environment more specific.

The institute has four specific ost-final diploma courses to producing human resources that meets the technical dynamism in the market. It possesses state of the art facilities that would be useful in Government polytechnic College and would in one way or the other improve the college education.

Within the compound, there are hostel facilities to accommodate the students with items separating the boys from the girls’ hostels to enhance the comfort of distant students. All of them are planned and developed as the three-year full time courses so that the respective fields could be studied in depth. Admission requirements for all the diploma programmes are strictly based on merit list of the percentage marks in 10th standard.
