Harihar Saha College, Udakishunganj, was founded in the year 1956 in Madhepura, Bihar. It is a constituent co-educational institution sprawls over 16 acres, providing an ideal and conducive atmosphere for learning and overall growth.

The BA is one of the specializations the college offers its learners since it provides strong skill bases in liberal arts education. Courses at this level include BA, where there are BA General and BA Honours in History, Political Science, Religious Studies, Hindi, Urdu, and Economics. This wide array of disciplines shall enable the students to delve into areas of interest and forge out expertise in chosen fields.
