Heeralal Yadav Institute of Technology and Management, popularly known as HYITM, was established in the year 2010 as an affiliated college in the capital city of Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh. Situated on MDR 91C in Ahmadpur Urf Kamlapur, this institute has been grooming technical talent for over a decade.

The institute stands for a variety of engineering programmes and is committed to rendering quality education at diversified levels of various technical disciplines. Its faculty strength is 93, and therefore the student-teacher ratio is very conducive for individual attention and guidance. Tech courses include: Computer Science and Engineering , Information Technology, Electronics and Communication Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, and Civil Engineering.

Apart from this, the college offers two Diploma courses: Civil and Mechanical.
