ICARE Institute of Medical Science and Research and Dr. Bidhan Chandra Roy Hospital, Haldia, was established in the year 2011 and is a well-known medical institution in Purba Medinipur. Postgraduate admissions to the MD and MS courses would be done on the basis of National Eligibility Cum Entrance Test for Post Graduates, popularly known as NEET-PG .
