Kishore Vaigyanik Protsahan Yojana (KVPY) scholars admitted to BS-MS and BS programmes at IISER Bhopal are offered KVPY fellowships as per KVPY norms. Students admitted via the other two channels: SCB and JEE Advanced are offered a limited number of INSPIRE scholarships as per the norms prescribed by the DST INSPIRE scheme. KVPY scholars are entitled to a fellowship of Rs. 5,000 per month and contingency grant of Rs.

20,000 under SA/SX/SB- during B. Sc/BS/Integrated M. Sc/MS/B. Stat/B. Math. Students with good merit score and unstable financial background are provided with IISER Bhopal scholarships .
