Indian Institute of Technology Hyderabad scholarship includes Merit cum means, SC/ST Scholarship, National Scholarships and many other financial aid and assistance provided by the institute. Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), Hyderabad offers various scholarships for meritorious and needy students. Merit-Cum -Means ( MCM ) and SC/ST scholarships are the IIT Hyderabad scholarships. IIT Hyderabad scholarships are offered to the students having good merit score and poor financial condition. The amount of Indian Institute of Technology Hyderabad scholarship varies according to the nature of a particular scholarship. IIT Hyderabad students can also apply for NSP scholarships through the National Scholarship Portal.

IIT Hyderabad Scholarships, Benefits and Eligibility Criteria Scholarships Benefit Eligibility Criteria Merit-Cum-Means (MCM) Scholarship Pocket money of Rs. 1,000 per month This scholarship is for GEN, GEN-EWS/OBC category students. Students’ parental income shall not exceed Rs. 4. 5 lakhs for any category.
Income Tax Return with acknowledgement from IT Department has to be submitted as income proof of parents (Father and Mother or Guardian if any). The student should secure an SGPA/CGPA of 7. 0 and above with no active backlogs in any type of courses. IIT Hyderabad ST/SC Scholarship Students will get pocket money of Rs.
250 per month and they are eligible for refund of the license fee and dining charges at actuals and as per the eligibility. This scholarship is for students belonging to the SC/ST category. Candidates’ parental income shall not exceed Rs. 4. 5 lakhs for any category.
